Our Executive Chef , Mark Alba , has worked as a professional chef in many of Atlanta’s most beloved restaurants for over 20 years , dedicating himself to using the finest ingredients, keeping up with evolving trends and satisfying the city’s palette .
Mark began working as a chef at Hotel Nikko in Buckhead (now, The Grand Hyatt), and has worked at other restaurants in Atlanta including, The St. Regis Hotel, Canoe, ENO, JCT Kitchen, and more. His strength and success have been attributed to the understanding of solid cooking technique, the use of fresh and local ingredients and his simplistic approach in allowing bold and subtle flavors to come forth on the plate.
Chef Mark has a, “can do” attitude and loves satisfying his guests' needs to include any dietary or health related restrictions. He is well versed in preparing many different types of regional North American as well as global cuisines and continues to present new and exciting menus for your dining pleasure.
